Blanca Arellano

Regional Director, RIV, OC, LA – Hope Through Housing Foundation

Blanca Arellano is the Regional Director, of the Hope Through Housing Foundation (HTHF), a national non-profit organization who is dedicated to breaking the cycle of generational poverty by implementing programs that empower individuals and change communities. Under her leadership Blanca, and her team deliver services and support to low-income residents within National CORE apartment communities. They provide social services to one third of the HTHF portfolio. With offices located in Los Angeles, Riverside, and Orange County, Blanca has extensive knowledge in financial coaching, credit repair, and foreclosure prevention.

Over the past two decades, Hope through Housing has focused on developing outcomes-based programs and services that: (1) prepare children to be ready to learn and be successful socially and educationally; (2) equip adults to improve their economic situation; and (3) allow seniors to remain healthy and independent.

Ms. Arellano has experience in finance, chronic disease and injury prevention programs, public health, grant administration, philanthropy, non-profit management, advocacy, program creation, project management and design. Blanca has Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and Project Management.

Blanca grew up in Southern California in the midst of the population she serves, therefore is in tune with the challenges that families struggle with today.

Blanca is involved with several non-profit boards that align with her mission and core values. She has volunteered as a Board Director for the Greater Riverside Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GRHCC) for the last 5 years, she is on the Leadership Council for the Jensen-Alvarado Historic Ranch, and is an active member of several chambers, committees, and community collaborations.
